Daniel R. Gaita MA, C.P.T. opened a one-of-a-kind 24 hour exercise and fitness environment that harnesses the important components of accountability and human motivation while overcoming the psychological barriers that inhibit many adults and fitness enthusiasts from reaching their goals to improve their  overall physical condition and general health.

As a leader and proponent for improved personal training industry standards Dan simply leads by example. A US Marine who served honorably from 1992-1996 in major military operations in Bosnia, Somalia, and Haiti.

Along with a Masters degree in organizational leadership, a Bachelors in psychology, multiple certifications in personal training, pre/post natal training and weight management consulting Dan is also recognized as a master level trainer through IDEA's personal trainer recognition system.

Dan has been continually evolving within the fitness industry for over fifteen years . Dan is a continuing education provider for personal trainers as well as a regular contributor to several industry publications.
